Why Bloom?
Tere Ann pondered for a long time before settling on the name “Bloom Speech & Feeding Therapy.” She grew up around a variety of plants and flowers as her mom was a lei stringer and both her parents enjoyed caring for plants. Unfortunately, Tere Ann does not possess a “green thumb” like her parents. She has tried many times to keep different plants alive only to realize that each plant requires varying levels of water and sunlight. She recognized that what one plant needs may not apply to another and its needs may change over time. Tere Ann believes that this is the same for each client and their therapy needs. Therefore, she will create an individualized plan and adjust it according to each client to help them bloom and achieve their goals.
